Know Excuses, LLC, in Maple Heights, Ohio, offers a variety of group fitness classes and personal training to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We focus on weight loss and strength training and are pleased to provide customized meal plans, dietary advice, and weekly weigh-ins to keep you on track!   • KE Bounce & Burn - High-Intensity training on Low impact surface. The class performed on a mini-trampoline. 50% more efficient at burning fat than running and provides more movement and less strain on your joints.

  • STRONG Nation - Combines high-intensity interval training with the science of synced music motivation!

  • ZUMBA: An aerobic fitness class featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily in Latin and American dance music.

  • CORE PILATES: Stretching exercise that improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the whole body.

  • TRX Classes: Suspension training is designed to build power, strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, and prevent injuries.

  • STRENGTH - 30 minutes to 1 hour of free weight strength and resistance training.

  • R.I.P.P.E.D - Full body workout incorporating resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, and endurance training.

  • ATG (Anything Goes) - We want to keep you guessing – and challenge you differently in every class! Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance.
