Know Excuses, LLC, in Maple Heights, Ohio, offers a variety of group fitness classes and personal training to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We focus on weight loss and strength training and are pleased to provide customized meal plans, dietary advice and weekly weigh-ins to keep you on track! Trust Candice Wilson to get you moving in the right direction.

  • ZUMBA: An aerobic fitness class featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin and American dance music.
  • PILATES: Stretching exercise that improves flexibility, builds strength, develops control and endurance in the whole body.
  • TRX Classes: Suspension training designed to build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries. 
  •  METABOLIC STRENGTH - 45 minutes of free weight strength and resistance training. 
  •  R.I.P.P.E.D - Full body workout incorporating resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, and endurance training.
  •  HIP HOP STEP -  Tone up your lower body by moving up, over and around the step. Developed as a way to get a high intensity, yet low impact workout – this class will improve your coordination by learning choreographed routines.
  • ATG (Anything Goes) - We want to keep you guessing – and challenge you differently in every class! Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance.
  • WALK TO RUN - Learn the proper way to run, including breathing and form.
  •  HIP HOP CYCLING - Cycling movements with motivating music.
